TERMS OF SERVICE

◉ㅤ The terms described here are for private commissions (personal use only). Commercial works may have other terms, depending on the project.
◉ㅤ The image rights become mostly yours after delivery of the commission. All works can be published in my portfolio and social media, with watermark, unless the client asks to keep the commission private. Other publications and use of the image it’s on your complete freedom and responsibility.
◉ㅤ There is no need to credit me as an artist, but do not promote the artwork as if it were made by yourself or another person. Of course, if you want to credit/promote me, I'll be very happy! ( • ᴗ - ) ✧ABOUT PAYMENTS◉ Some commissions may have price variations, according to the complexity of the order. Therefore, after submitting the form, the quote will be reviewed and confirmed once again with the customer.◉ Payment is divided into two parts: 50% upfront before starting the artwork (non-refundable) and 50% after sketch approval.◉ All payments are charged via PayPal invoice. That’s why I’ll need your email.REFUNDS◉ If the client decides to cancel the commission after the sketch has been delivered, the initial payment (50%) will not be refunded, as it covers the time, effort, and work invested in the draft.
◉ Once the sketch is approved and the remaining payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
◉ Keep in mind that the artwork will NOT be delivered if there’s pending payments.

WORKING PROCESSFirst we start with the sketch: it will be made according to the information and presented so that you can approve or ask for adjustments. This is the most important step! I like to get the sketch as smooth as possible so that there is little or none adjustment in the next steps. It makes everything faster and more enjoyable for both of us.Sometimes I can give suggestions about characters and composition, but it's just my artistic side trying to be helpful. Obviously you don't have to agree with them, just know that I can help with ideas too!Once the sketch is approved and payment is made, I’ll start the real job! Every time one step is completed or has some significant progress, I’ll send updates (pics) to ask for specific guidance and give you sneak peeks.Usually commissions are delivered between 4-10 days. Can be more, can be less... it depends more on the complexity and your response/ approval/ payment time. But if there's any delay from me, don't worry: I'll let you know!"HEY, DO YOU DO...?"
